Description

In the following sample, the data of the employees of the company is stored in the database : identity and name of the employee, address and photograph. Since Yi version, it's easier to store the employee's photo, update it and show it in a web browser, using the "Blob control in the web form" feature. All you have to do is to define the web transaction, with the blob field, and an upload control will be generated automatically. You'll be able to update the photograph in the database and to show it in the web form, without doing anything other than configuring the following model properties: 1. Blob local storage path : It should be defined under the virtual directory,and it's where the temporary files are saved when the blob is get from the database. 2. Temp Media Directory: It should be defined under the virtual directory,and it's where the temporary files are saved when the blob is updated in the database.
